Computer Repair & Support
We offer onsite and remote service & support. Remote support is best used to resolve issues related to a software malfunction, questions about using a specific product, and general "How To" support.
Initiating a remote support connection allows me to see and control your computer for the duration of the service call. Once the session is disconnected we will not be able to initiate a connection without your consent and approval.
Support Plans are available with a minimum 1 year commitment. All plans include Microsoft Defender for Office 365, cloud backup, and remote monitoring and management. Some plans include premium Microsoft Office 365 with additional support.
*Cost of replacement parts for repairs are not included in hourly rates.
