Support Plans

We offer structured support plans with a minimum 3 month commitment. Some plans include Microsoft Defender, cloud backup, and remote monitoring & managemen tools to keep your systems safe and healthy. Email or call us for details, pricing, and service scheduling.

Initiating a remote support connection allows me to see and control your computer for the duration of the service call. Once the session is disconnected we will not be able to initiate a connection without your consent and approval.

Support Plans are available with a minimum 1 year commitment. All plans include Microsoft Defender for Office 365, cloud backup, and remote monitoring and management. Some plans include premium Microsoft Office 365 with additional support.
